My "Starz" swap

Good Morning All

I am fresh and rested.  I just returned from Stampin' UP! Annual Convention and it was a blast.  Can't say I wasn't dog tired when I got on the plane at 2:14 am on Sunday morning.  The Annual Convention is an event we at Stampin' UP! all look forward to.  A chance to meet old friends and some new ones.  We heard all the upcoming news about products and promotions.  And get a chance to congratulate the ladies (and men) who help make Stampin' UP! one of America best home based businesses.
Stampin' UP! is moving in the right direction, with innovated new products and promotions.  Some I can't mention now but as soon as they are announced I will be the first to let you know.  I certainly came home with some new goals for my business.
I wanted to show you one of my swaps that I made to share at convention.  I loved the idea of swapping.  I was a little timid at first but then got into the swing.  It was hard not to swap all my cards the first day but I rationed them so I had some for every gathering.  I received so many beautiful and unique cards, it showed the diversity of our group of demonstrators to have so many different ideas from the same sets. Swapping is a great way to get new and fresh ideas for your cards.  You can make a copy exactly like the swap or change it up a bit.  I like to have my own touch to everything I do.
This is the swap I did for our group The Jacksonville Starz.  I used Regarding Dahlias, Simply Sketched (for the words).  It is done in Basic Black and Very Vanilla, I added the Cherry Cobbler Bow to give it a pop of color.   I used our new Pretty Print Folder (available August 1), this has become my fav for now!.

Enjoy!  Until next time, be kind and do one thing today that makes YOU happy!
