    Ohhhh, sigh.... What a soft and gorgeous card Rose Ann! I love the ribbon, the tiny vellum flowers and the sparkly cake...and that background is perfect! I'm so glad you joined us this week at What Will You Stamp. I always love your cards so I hope you join us again!
