Happy Valentine's Day Cards

I'm back to share some Valentine's with you.  I did these because I couldn't decide on just one for my Valentine.  Enjoy

I call this Simple Love.  It is done with Soft Suede, Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla Card Stock and Soft Suede and Pink Pirouette Ink.  I embossed the Vanilla with the Happy Heart Folder from the current mini and stamped it inside the hearts with the Love Stamp from Hello Life stamp set.  I used Good Greetings for the You & Us to stamp it randomly over the front again staying inside the hearts.

I used the sentiment from Build a Bouquet and Good Greetings, I hope they bring this set back in the next Annual Catalog because I use it quite a bit.

Next I did a card using Groovy Love Stamp set from the Main Catalog. 

This is done in Always Artichoke, Sahara Sand, Pink Pirouette and Whisper White.  The Pink paper was stamped all over in Pink Pirouette Ink with the small flower from the Snuggles & Smooches Photopolymer Stamp set.  I took a strip of Sahara Sand and Pink Pirouette and finished both edges with the Finishing Touches Edgelits.  Stamped the Hearts from Groovy Love one a scrap of Whisper White in Artichoke and punched out with the Sweetheart Punch, then mounted to the front with Dimensionals. 

Inside I added some punched out hearts in Pink Pirouette and stamped my sentiment in Artichoke.
Lastly I did a Pop UP Card with Hearts

CASE...hexagon card

Hello Everyone
I follow many other Stampin' UP! demonstrators and sometimes see a card that I have to do.  This is the case with the card I am sharing with you today.  It is a Hexagon Card.  I saw this on Robin Messigner's website and had to do at least one.

I used Whisper White and Wisteria Wonder paper, Always Artichoke,  Blackberry Bliss, Wisteria Wonder and Crumb Cake stamp pads.  The stamp set is from the Butterfly Basics Bundle, found in the Occasions Catalog.  I added the little antenna on the front and the butterfly inside from Papillon Potpourri.

Jacksonville Starz February Hop

Hello from Southwest Florida, welcome to the Jacksonville Starz Monthly Hop.  This months hop was inspired by a sketch and I can't wait to see what the Starz have created to dazzle you. 
Here is our sketch inspiration....

Here is my interpretation....

The stamp is Baby Bumblebee and a sentiment from Baby, We've Grown.  Baby Bumblebee is a single wood mount stamp and is featured in the Occasions Mini.  I used Smoky Slate for my Base cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4.  Next came a layer of Soft Sky which was cut at 5 1/4 x 4 and textured with the Honeycomb TIEF.  The piece of Whisper White was cut to 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 and wrapped with Washi Tape from the Sweet Dreams collection, I stamped the antenna in Black Memento Ink on the White card stock.  I stamped my baby on a scrap of White and colored him with Ivory Blendies and Soft Sky Stampin Write Makers.  I fussy cut him out and then added some 2-way glue to the wings and colored stripes on his body then dipped him into Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.  For the tag I took a 1 1/4 x 3 strip of Whisper White and stamped the Sweet Baby from the Baby, We've Grown set, it is mounted on a slightly larger piece of Soft Sky CS and the flagged end was created with the Hexagon punch (I got this idea from Connie Stewart).  To Assemble I mounted the Textured Soft Sky piece to the base and the Whisper White Washi Tape piece to that using Snail Adhesive.  The Baby Bumblebee was mounted to the card with Dimensional and the tag was tucked under the baby and adhere with Snail.  The tiny heart on the bottom was done with a scrap of White covered in Washi tape, mounted with a 1/4 dimensional.
