Scallop Tag Top Punch Card and Weekly Deals

I love this technique of using the tag top bunch to finish a card.  It can be found on You Tube under Stamping T.  I hope this link works Tag Top Card

I used the Happy Watercolor DSP, Pistachio Pudding, Basic Black and Whisper White Card Stock.  The Stamp sets are Label Love, Perfect Pennants and Hello Lovely.  I went with Smoky Slate, Ink for the sentiments, Crushed Curry and Pistachio Pudding Classic ink pads. Fun card to make and decorate.
